Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

We offer FREE standard shipping to all customers in the US.

Checking Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will include the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello.shopthea@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
